So nice to wake up and walk right out on the beach every morning. Host was exceptionally great!! very communicative and helped me find my way around. Next time I’m down I will want to stay here, 100%

This rental has been one of my favorites. The close location to Restaurants, Beach bars made it enjoyable to explore the area by foot. The accommodations were perfect, all my needs were meet.

Great apartment, right on the water

My wife and I stayed here in early December, and the apartment was perfect for us. Nicely furnished, very well equipped, and super clean. Of course the patio was our favorite place to hang out and chill, watch the boats and take in the sunset. We didn't have a car for most of our stay, and felt OK about walking in the neighborhood at night. Some folks might feel more comfortable driving (parking is right in front of the apartment). Finally, Cherise was a super host.. she was very flexible re check-in and out, set us up with a few waters and beers in the fridge, and had lots of helpful suggestions for places to go and things to do. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to SXM. Thanks Cherise!
