Didn't have the reservation upon arrival and seemed oblivious about what to do. Not what i wanted to deal with after driving all day
Second time staying this year . First time forever to check in because they no longer had my room available that I booked online . This time the bed was so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep & the sheets were stained. Coffee pot had water in it - I dumped it out and noticed a film inside - used a wash cloth to wipe it and and it was black . Disgusting! I did not use it. I have family in area but will not stay here again
Stayed in Dexter on business. Hotels has had a new addition and I was in that building. Had everything I needed and several restaurants and a movie theater across the parking lot. Look forward to staying again.
It was a very nice place to stay at. Beds were comfy. Would recommend for anyone to stay there.

Very clean and nice! Excellent price!! Only disappointment was the bed was so firm I had a backache in the morning.one more good point was the coupon for breakfast at Penny's!!

Amy, I am sorry to hear that you had problems with your reservation. However, I was made aware of the situation and unfortunately when a reservation has been canceled and it wasn't done on our end we have no way of fixing this. Our front desk associate had never come across a problem like this before and I do apologize if this caused you any inconvenience.
