It\'s located in the Contrada Capitana dell\'Onda and is the ideal solution for couples who want to fully enjoy their holiday in the heart of the Contrada or for digital nomads looking for accommodation where they can combine work with the pleasure of staying in the center of Siena.
The apartment is on the second floor of a typical building in the center, the entrance opens onto the kitchen, fully equipped, with everything needed to prepare lunches and dinners independently, available, oven, microwave oven, kettle and dishwasher.
The characteristic dining table can comfortably seat two people and can also be used as a study or work area.
Looking out of the only window you can admire the splendid Torre del Mangia, the civic tower of the Town Hall.
In the room there is a double bed, wardrobe and TV, supplied with bed linen and towels, hairdryer, as well as heating and wi-fi, in the bathroom there are all bathroom fixtures and a shower.
Signature of the rental contract is required, which is mandatory in Italy for short-term tourist rentals.
