Booked a 3 night stay in Royal Suite - brilliant service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left - made our stay in Siem Reap memorable. Special mentions to Pin and Sok Men - although every member of staff was superb. Food is good - and we asked for a special 'Cambodian' dinner one night and the chef was brilliant - great food. Stay more than a day, and they'll know your names - spa treatments are great, and the inclusive package provides private guide and transport to Angkor Wat etc. Not cheap, but certainly a great place to stay.

The stay at this hotel was really enjoyable: staff is very professional and caring, rooms large and stylish, bed comfortable, food amazing. The pool area was magnificent. I warmly recommend. Location also excellent.

I was picked up by Meta from the airport for free which really saved me lots of trouble since I travel alone. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean with swimming pool, bar, restaurant etc. the staff are all super nice. The lobby is huge decorated with beautiful flowers. The bed is king size. I don't like too soft mattress. The one I had in my room is perfect. I had good sleep every night. The noodle soup from buffet breakfast is a must. I chatted with Andy. He is a young man with dreams. Wish him good luck.

This was our first trip to Siem Reap and I chose The Privilege Floor for their competitive package rate that included a few items that I wanted to have out of the way before I got there. What blew me away next was the service.. from the day we arrived. It was personlised and catered to our needs at every point, even when we were out of the hotel on our excursions. There were dedicated staff who were all in touch with each other at every point where if you had to speak to another staff the next hour, they would have already been fully aware of your needs! If you get there, don't forget to take a break at the Damnak Lounge for some evening cocktails... and also be personally served by Sokmen, the lounge supervisor. Once again, be blown away by how he knows each and every guest's choices for drinks etc. even if you had only turned up at the lounge once in three days. There is so much to add here but I will keep it short!

I cannot possibly write enough about the kindness and attention of the staff at the Borei Angkor hotel. From our first minute to the last they did everything they could to ensure we were comfortable, even allowing us to remain in a hotel room until our flight left in the evening. The grounds are immaculate and it is truly a five star resort. The breakfasts are amazing and you will be satisfied every day with delicious Cambodian or western cuisine.

Pinn and the team we simply wonderful and made our stay in Siem Reap incredibly memorable. Both my husband and I celebrated our birthdays while we were in Siem Reap. On both occasions we were wished by the team with a beautiful cake. They never failed to greet us each time we passed, remembering us by name. The service is exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

this hotel is quite charming and the staff is generally very friendly (look for alex -- he's the best). they'll be sure to get you a trip to siem reap and, of course, angkor wat, hat you won't be able to forget!

If i ever come back to siem reap, I will only stay here. I won't stay anywhere else in Siem reap. Truly an amazing hotel. I did the traditional touristy things in Siem Reap. The hotels location made getting to the crucial areas very easy. Additionally, i have to point out the room. So nice and well kept. Couldn't have been happier with it. One thing that stood out to me was my welcoming to the hotel. I was escorted around the hotel by Ms. Judy. She showed me the pool, both dining areas, and my room. I've never experienced that before. Lastly, the staff were so accommodating! I lost my wall adapter and phone charger in Thailand and they were able to get me new ones. Even worse, my flight was booked for 930 at night but checkout is in the evening. I got an extension to my checkout by a Mr. Alex. Thanks to that extension, i could visit the landmine museum and ride a hot air balloon. Truly and completely one of the best trips I've ever had. This hotel is a must.

We really enjoyed our stay at Privilege by Borei Angkor. Our room was modern and spacious and the service was excellent from check in to check out. The hotel has a delicious breakfast buffet and a great pool & spa. I would highly recommend this hotel for everyone. Thank you Sokhom NGUON and your whole team - we look forward to our return.

This is more like a hotel - of course it also has all the amenities of a luxurious five-star resort, a vast, impressive lobby, great breakfast, nice large bathrooms and beautiful large rooms with balconies. But the real gen of this hotel is the staff- every single one of treats you as if you were a respectable family member, they are there for you 24/7 and fulfill every need and request you might have.
