Great staff, food and design of everything almost perfect.

Worst park hyatt I have stayed at. Very rough towels. Rooms not up to expectation. Service and food was good though.

Our first experience wih the Hyatt group and an amazing one. Awesome hotel with Khmer architecture. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely only stay here on our next visit to Siem Reap.

Beautiful oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the town, from our refreshing welcome drinks upon check in with warm greetings from the staff to room service, housekeeping and spa experience was just excellent. Room is beautiful, serene and very clean. Hotel is very conveniently located near the Temples which is very helpful for my elderly mother on a holiday. Concierge is always ready to help you and you feel genuine great service (with a heart). Thank you all, Thank you Siem Reap!

the location is really the best, comfort access to market breakfast serve with premium quality, all staff is great and perfect good restuarant for dinner

This hotel was wonderful and every bit worth the cost (note the nickname is from another review I am a very happy customer :) ). Though it was very much at the high-end on cost compared to other hotels in the area it it is worth treating yourself. The staff was amazingly great and the front door staff even remembered our name and greeted us by name every time we came back. The hotel was extremely clean and tranquil. Even though the hotel was right downtown and close to everything when you went into it you felt like you were transcended to a tranquil relaxing paradise. The rooms were setup to make wonderful use of space in fact we took note of it to possible copy in our own home. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The pool had these really relaxing almost like beds along it that were so relaxing that many people could be found asleep in the them. We traveled for two and half weeks through Southeast Asia and this hotel was our favorite of the entire trip and we found it to be the perfect place to stay for our anniversary. If you can swing the cost I definitely recommend you stay her as you are guaranteed not to be disappointed.

Great hotel as base to visit all the Ankor temple. Not the place you want to go for catching sun as the pool has very limited sun exposure. Other wise outstanding place.
