"I was a little confused when I arrived. I stopped at what I thought was the valet desk. He asked what I was there for, and I let him know I was staying in the hotel. He told me to pull forward and turn on my flashers. I assumed he would take my car and park it while I checked in. My kids and I had taken out our luggage and walked towards the lobby. I asked him if he needed my keys or if I should leave them in the car. He told me to take them with me, go check in, and then I can go park the car. Ok. Maybe don't stand next to the valet, or give me the full directions when you send people to pull forward. Check-in was easy. When I entered the room, it smelled humid. There were 2 dead roaches next to the sink in the bathroom, but I didn't see anything alive. Other than that, the room seemed clean. There are palm trees near the hot tub that drop a lot of debris in the water. Getting out of the hot tub, I had tree debris stuck in my hair and on my body. The shower was good. At night, I could hear the people upstairs running back and forth. Not the hotel's fault, but it was very loud. It's a nice walking distance to many restaurants and very close to Disneyland. I did not go to the bar or restaurant on site."
