This was the cleanest hotel we stay at on our way from Everett WA to Minneapolis MN. The breakfast was a full hot buffet. Eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy along with fruit, yogurt and other items. The staff was very nice, which was a plus seeing that due to road conditions this leg of the trip took about 4 extra hours. The large hot tub was a huge benefit as we were all fairly stiff from the long car ride. One strange item, there is both inside and outside entrances to the first floor. Was nice for unloading the car.
My husband and I were moving from WI to Seattle and this was the nicest and most accommodating hotel we stayed!! We stayed here unexpectedly in the middle of a terrible snow storm. The desk staff was incredibly accommodating and let us check in early. They also welcomed our dog Bonnie!! Their hot tub was great too. Breakfast was soooo good!!! Probably the best breakfast I have had at a hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Room was comfortable. I left my cherished (and expensive) pillow behind. As I wrote previously, staff graciously agreed to send it back, provided I send a self-addressed and stamped box. I did that. No pillow. I called and was promised I would be contacted within 3 business days. I was not. I tried again. No success. I wrote a positive review based on a promise. That promise was broken. When I go back next spring, I WILL NOT stay here again.
This Quality Inn is in a convenient location with a nice view of the mountains...right off the highway. We stayed here two different times...each time we took a pass on the breakfast being offered. That would be the only negative I would have for this facility. The smell of the food is quite unpleasant....don't know what it is but not desirable. The dining area is a very small room. I recommend adding the cost of a breakfast to your budget if staying here. But.....the big plus....you can have dinner at the Rib and Chop House downtown!!!
We checked out of hotel "Hell" Days Inn and went to the Quality Inn just down the road. The attendant at the desk was extremely polite and when I told her of our experience at the Days Inn she told us she was very sorry. She said she had heard a lot of complaints about that place and treated us with respect and kindness. We were in town because my mother in law had a heart attack and the young lady actually apologized for the rude service we had to endure under such stressful circumstances. She offered us a room on the main floor for the price of a second floor room. I told her we had loaded all or luggage at the Days Inn and when came I inquired where the elevator was due to the fact both my husband and I had recent and surgery and had restrictions. We were never told there was not an elevator when we loaded all our luggage. Back to the point of the Quality Inn. She said they did not have an elevator either hence offering us the ground floor room. I was so thankful for her genuine caring attitude. The room was recently remodeled with new everything and we had our own entrance to the outside. Thank you for making me believe that "good customer service" is alive and well. When we return to Sheridan we will choose the Quality Inn again.
Dalcie the front desk attendant is an exception in the workplace today!! She went out of her way to make sure that we were taken care of when we had a very stressful situation arise, after being on the road for 10hrs. She took the time to involve the Manager/Owner T. Khan of the Hotel and the outcome was much more than satisfactory!! If nothing else....go to a place where people truly care and you're not just a number! Such a rare trait to find in today's world. Easy to find from the Hwy. and a straight forward route into the town if you need to get dinner or go shopping. The rooms are comfortable, bathroom had a good shower head, microwave/ fridge and coffee pot in the room plus ironing board/iron. Heater worked well. Everything in and around the building was clean and well maintained. Morning breakfast bar provided both hot and cold options. Customer loyalty is what we will be giving this hotel in the future if we ever have to stop in Sheridan again on our way across the country.
This motel is supposedly being made into a no smoking facility. The first room we were given smelled of smoke, but we got another one which was fine. So make sure you get a remodeled room. We were downstairs and the room was nice and clean. Very good breakfast and fairly close to downtown Sheridan. We went into town and there was an event on the main drag with vendors, food, and music. Lot of fun.
We met our son and wife at Sheridan for a weekend get-a-way, and were very impressed with this Quality Inn. It is easy access off of I-90, and easy to navigate from the hotel to the town. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the public areas, and our rooms. The room were well appointed and comfortable. The in-room heating/air conditioning system was easy to use, and reasonably quiet. The breakfast was the basic motel fare, but I can review it because we tried local eateries for all of our meals. If we have an occasion to return to Sheridan, we will definitely consider returning to this hotel.
We were on the first leg of a 17 hour drive and needed a hotel to stop for the night. I booked ahead and got a great rate. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived late the desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are pleasant and big enough, beds comfortable and the breakfast was perfect to grab and get on the road in the morning. I would stay here again
I have stayed at many Quality Inn's and this one was the poorest of them. The rooms need upgraded badly, beds not so comfy, and the pillows were like smallish throw pillows instead of a real pillow. The night we arrived the stairwell smelled like a gym on a 100 degree day with no ac or ventilation. Next day it was cleaned and much better. Breakfast was minimal and area rather small for seating. Not my first choice for a stay in Sheridan.
