Avoid! This place was filthy! Bathroom had stains from Used soap, old tooth paste stains, and I was biten by something in the mattresses all night long. The common areas where also absolutely disgusting

After arranging prepayment 4 days prior to check in there was still an issue. Room 11 has a mouldy shower, the fan is broken with the dirty cover in a cupboard and there was cobwebs on the overflow drain. Plenty of other options in Shepparton. Use them.

Reception was not manned. Had to wait 20 minutes for check in to open, staff member was off site, another guest phoned. Lady handed over keys and left again. I saw another guest a couple of hours later ringing for attendance at Reception. Room was extremely outdated, stained bathroom tiles, air conditioner filters filthy impacting heating. Extremely expensive for such poor quality room. A joke really, on us.
