Easy parking, bed was clean and staff were lovely - but the state of the rooms was rough. Carpet was stained, side tables were missing or broken, couch was covered in stains. We felt hesitant to use couch or touch some areas of carpet.

Lovely stay, until owner/manager called upset that we kept a dog in the room, even though I did ask for dog friendly accommodation. I did not try and hide it from him. I have always been mindful to appreciate locations that accept dogs.

Room was discussing stuff was friendly but I couldn’t let my family sleep in that room, even though I had paid for it , I took my family and left without a word to the stuff. That was a waist of money. We had to find a alternative accommodation to stay in.

Booked 1 night, gave 4 weeks advance notice via email of my unavoidable and very late arrival, for which they were very helpful and courteous. Late check-in instructions all worked. Next morning, discovered several maintenance issues in room which I personally found concerning. Reception desk unmanned during checkout period, so texted my concerns in detail to contact number. I found their text responses to feedback on room issues room to be dismissive, defensive and potentially unhelpful for the future if not addressed. Room 7.
