Hotel staff was superb.....Especially the staff that turned in a pair of shoes we had left and Missy who went out her way to mail them to us in no time. Our room had plenty of pillows too! Breakfast was fantastic and the buffet was kept spotless. This was a second or third time staying there and ...

This hotel was a good average place to stay. The room was clean but you could tell the room was used often. The bed spreads were worn and one had a little burn hole in it. The curtain was almost see through. The curtain in the bathroom had kind of a musty smell. The towels could have been nicer. But overall a rating of ok.
Right off of the interstate with restaurants nearby. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean. Would highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again.
We had a very nice room with plenty of room. We spent one night there on our way to the Outer Banks NC.
This was our first visit to Stonewall Jackson Hotel. The location is excellent and we didn't mind paying the parking fee. The parking garage is connected to the hotel and makes loading and unloading easy. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and construction free. Beds were good and the staff respected our request for a quiet room. We were able to walk to dinner which was a nice change from driving around at night trying to find a place to eat in the dark. I would recommend this hotel and return to it.
