We stayed here for the second year because it was a basically good-for-the-price motel however, we were finished early so decided to check out a day early and when I went to the desk I found the manager’s wife preparing to open the breakfast room and I told her we were checking out early and I asked about the possibility of a partial refund to which she said I would have to go through Orbitz. So I asked Orbitz about it and was told when they spoke to the motel they were told by the manager that we had checked out on the next morning as scheduled. He actually lied about it. Extremely unexpected and disappointing. I will not stay there again and would advise anyone not to do business with a liar.
Nice motel for our basic needs. Convenient location and clean.
Rude owner, old shabby hotel, will never be back, I would rather camp in a tent than stay here.
Met our needs. Bed nice. Warm even though only 11 degrees outside.
When I pulled into the parking lot that was surrounded by unmown grass and weeds I literally had to drive up to the door to make sure the hotel was still in business. Had I not pre-paid I would have left immediately. The lobby and hallway smelled of mold and ceiling tiles were removed due to a leak from recent rains. Thankfully my room smelled fresh and clean but left a lot to be desired. Would NOT stay there again. Hotel staff was nice but hard to make up for the state if disrepair.
My family is from Red Oak and this Super Hotel is perfect. Great location and most of all...clean. Breakfast could be better but I'm picky.
Easy to find, convenient to other needs, friendly staff. Clean, fresh room. Air temp control in good working order- very comfy. All I needed for a one-night stay.
I was in Red Oak to sight see and visit friends. I can in very early in the morning on my first day and left even earlier on my last day. It was comfortable and had a small-town feel to it. Amenities were good, service was good and they accepted pets. I didn't bring any but I enjoyed being greeted by the resident canine. My trip was extended an extra day and were willing to accommodate me. Easy access to main interstates, close to local Y and restaurants. The Wilson Performing Arts Center is just about across the street. While in town, I caught a Spring recital there for a Strings class made up of beginning musicians from the area. That was very enjoyable.
