"Room was terrible. Dated, run down and there were numerous items of rubbish from previous guests or tenants, these were not even small things. Items of note being a pot of chewing gum. A medley for some Christmas event. Numerous bunches of popped baloons.
I was staying as a central base to work from. Most customers I visited in surrounding areas told me that the hotel was used to house migrants. I have no problem with this but it doesn’t feel like any of the money earned housing the migrants was put towards making the hotel any cleaner or fresher.
The bed had broken casters wheels meaning the bed wasn’t flat and I slept on an angle. a week like this was super fun…. Not.
I didn’t feel like was worth speaking to reception to address this as majority of people I spoke to and the reviews online (which I wish I’d read prior to staying) all concluded my "
