We stayed here because it was pet friendly. The gentleman at the front desk was VERY friendly! This review has nothing to do with him. The front area smelled horrible. We get into the room and immediately I see an imprint of someone’s face on the window. So I knew this room would not be clean. The bathroom floor looked like they hadn’t clean it in months. There was a creepy boarded up whole above the toilet in the bathroom. My boyfriend saw a cockroach in the bathroom in the middle of the night. We also found spiders on the walls in the halls. The continental breakfast was a joke. They ran out of coffee and didn’t have creamer. The bed was uncomfortable and very squeaky. I pay way too much for this room.

Clean room Bathroom could use some update w tile and grout looking bad Bed was comfortable but the frame it was on squeaked something awful getting in and out on one side Room was very clean and the staff very nice

This hotel was good for a short stay. However I doubt that the showers get cleaned very often. In our room and our daughters room both showers are not clean.

They were short staffed on cleaning staff, but it still wasn’t bad. The breakfast options were limited, but enough for a snack. They had the ac on so the room was cool when we went in. The bathroom was spacious and shower was nice.

I don’t usually do reviews, but I feel a need to say “don’t waste your money on this one”. When we arrived at this hotel property, there were construction products, boxes, and yellow signs in the lobby stating “caution wet floors”. There was also a printed sign at the reservation desk that read something like…“Be patient with us. We are having housekeeping problems. Contact the front desk if you need towels”…. I truly can’t imagine that any property would post something like this. On entry to our room, the floors were all wet and the AC was off so the room felt like a sauna. I also immediately saw a black ring inside the rim of the toilet. We turned the AC on to cool the room down, crawled into bed and found that our sheets were damp making for a cold, uncomfortable night. The free breakfast was also a totally disappointment. The breakfast space was about the size of a large closet, no hot water for tea, dirty counters, muffins in cellophane. After our room experience, I was actually afraid to chance breakfast. Overall, just a really bad experience.
