Breakfast had eggs, sausage, ham, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal typical but good options. Our tub was draining slow and backing up. Someone came and fixed it the day I reported it. Much appreciated. Great location

That Smell....

We were put in a first floor room that smelled awful. Musty and smelled like dirty feet. It was late so we just cranked the AC and dealt with it. We were initially planning to stay for 3 days, but went down the street to the Comfort Inn and it was cheaper and much cleaner.

We have children and the swimming pool was closed for repairs. Understand that the pool needing repairs is out of their control. Holiday weekend with no pool would have a liked a heads up. Very limited channels on the television, upgrading to smart TV’s would be nice! Disappointing in the pool situation. Spent alot of money for a 3 night stay the pool was the main reason for choosing this hotel

The hotel on first sight was okay. Majority of the times Ive stayed at Hoilday Inn the experience is usually great. But this Hoilday Inn was okay the lobby was not to clean, the elevator was pretty dirty and loud, the room looked good until you look closely and the table was dirty with the chair. The floor had stains and both beds had stains on the top comforter. The bathroom was dirty in the corners of the tub and the tub shelves. The ceiling over the tub was peeling just kinda waiting to see if it would eventually fall. Looked like it might have mold growing on the peeling part of the ceiling. Would I stay again probably not.

We traveled from out of state for a funeral. So glad we chose Holiday Inn Express in Shawnee, OK.. It was super clean with a hot breakfast bar. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will choose this hotel every time we are back visiting family from now on.
