Very comfortable country house, easy access to nearby airport - makes for a great "last night" place to stay, although we also used it as our jumping off point when we first arrived. Beautiful surrounding grounds - hedges, horse pastures. Comfortable, well-appointed furnishings, good food and bar - kudos to Jillian and Geraldine
Lovely estate, lovely grounds, very convenient to Shannon airport. Wish we had had more time, been able to arrive earlier and enjoy dinner. Beautifully appointed rooms, lovely sunroom for breakfast.

Owners Gillian and her husband fabulous. very accomodating. husband is a trained chef - the food is spectacular. could not have asked for a more personalized experience from those working at this hotel. 10 minutes from shannon airport. I can recommend this country house without reservation and would heartily encourage others to stay there.
Elegance and history combined. Very charming. I would highly recommend this hotel. Owners and staff were wonderful! It is also an easy quick drive to Shannon airport.
A lovely b&b in the Irish countryside. Ponys horses sheep all around this property. Attentive staff. Definitely recommend dining at the resteraunt on property!!!! Our evening meal was stupendous !!!
Stayed her in a family room for our last night in Ireland before flying out of Shannon. Perfect end. We were a family of 3 and an auntie. The large family room was perfect for us. Owners very nice and hosted drinks on the patio once we returned from dinner. We were bummed to miss the in House dinner as we were there on a "rest" night. However, breakfast in the atrium was lovely.

From the moment I saw the Carrygarry, I was happy my parents recommended we stay there before departing from Shannon airport. Although it was slightly more expensive than other airport hotels, it's charm and the hospitality of both the owners was beyond what could be expected. We arrived later in the day and Gillian (the owner) offered to make us drinks and told us where to go to eat dinner (the restaurant on-site is closed on Sunday and Monday since her husband, Neil is the chef.). The room was lovely and it was a perfect end to our vacation (it would also make a location for any portion of your stay!). Thank you!!
