The pool and spa were incrediable. And hamish the desk manager was so great for anything we needed

Room was nice. Beds a bit hard. Good location for the airport.

Nice clean room and spa facilities. Hotel staff seemed like Orbits guess were beneath them and very snooty. Location was not good, hotel was not located near anything.

Very high class hotel and friendly staff. Very clean. Super comfy bed! Thank you

Arrival was dodgy. Got stuck on elevator. Phone in room did not work. Hot tub quite small

Staff was super accommodating, free coffee and tea bar in your room, food was great in the restaurant, spa staff was awesome, would definitely recommend.

Spent two nights at Radisson Blu in Limerick. The facility is very nice and spacious with two bars and a large restaurant. We booked a family room which was of average size and clean although a bit on the hot side. The room window was at ground level open to a courtyard so we couldn't keep it open at night to cool the room down. The spa features a pool, outdoor hot-tub, steam-room and other amenities. Unfortunately, the spa closes too early at 8 pm on Saturdays so we were unable to make use of it after our day of sight-seeing and dinner. Speaking of dining, the hotel is located in a restaurant desert...you need to travel at least 10 kilometers into Limerick or even further to Ennis for dining options other than the hotel. Our stay was marred by a dance competition taking place at the hotel. Kids and inconsiderate parents were noisily carousing the hallways until 2 am which made for a sleepless night. Hotel staff should have been walking the hallways to keep the noise down. The next day, the front desk apologized for the noise and said it was unusual event - which is probably true - but they should have anticipated that and taken steps to keep the dance competitors in one portion of the hotel or had staff patrolling the hallways. I'm sure that the stay would have been better on any other weekend but not this one.

Staff was great. Facilities mostly great, our shower wand had a leak, which caused it to stay sideways out of the bottom, however shower pressure was still excellent, so we were ok with it. Nice breakfast included. Plenty of free parking.

Great breakfast, cheap hotel for quality. Had a playground right outside for kids.

The hotel was clean, warm and inviting. We had a room with one queen bed and 2 twin beds, which was perfect for 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). It appeared that they were updating, as the halls were freshly painted. The bathroom needed some updating, but was clean, and served its purpose just fine. The lobby was impressive, and the breakfast was good too.

Great staff. Good breakfast. Pool and spa were nice. Would give 4-5 stars if the room wasn't so dirty

The Radisson Blu was a great location for our home base in Limerick. You are minutes from gas, groceries, and food. The Limerick town center is maybe 5 minutes away. Hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is out of town but is very quiet at night and we kept the windows open the whole time with no disturbances. Will definitely stay again.

Clean large rooms, large tv and fast wifi. Pub service and food good.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located off the main highway and a short distance to Bunratty Castle. The room was clean and pleasant.

Dear Bill, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us regarding your recent stay. We do apologize that you were disturbed by inconsiderate guests during your stay. We did have staff in place to patrol the corridors but unfortunately not enough and we did not anticipate the level of disruption that was brought by hosting this said event. It has been a difficult learning curve for us. We are located 5 km from Limerick city and 3 km from Bunratty which boats a fine array or restaurants and gastro pubs. We do hope that you would consider returning to us and enjoy the hotel as it should have been enjoyed in the first place. Kind Regards Eoin Chambers Senior Assistant Manager
