"We had a bad experience. We walked into our room (immediately after check in), our sheets and pillowcases were dirty. Pillow cases had food and long strands of hair all over it. We called to front desk to have them bring us clean sheets and put them on the bed for us. We were advised by a staff member that housekeeping had left for the day and and they didnt know if they could be of any help. However, moments later, a maintenance man came up with a plastic bag full of sheets to fit a much smaller bed and we were told that we would have to put them on ourselves because noone was there to do it. Our bed was a King size. We called back to the front desk to let them know, and they sent the maintenance guy again with another wrong set of sheets. Staff also could not find a blanket for us to use that night. So, for the third time of the first night, we asked for sheets to fit our king size bed and we were again, given the wrong sheets with no blanket. My husband and I had to sleep in a room with no sheets on the bed. we had to piece the smaller sheets up just to have something to lay on. The bathroom was also nasty and dirty. I had to clean it myself before we could use it. The seat, floor and towels was dirty.We were in room 312, where you can see from the inside of our door to the outside of the door from the large crack between the door and frame. We could here every sound in the hallways and other rooms. Were unsatisfied. The manager said if youll give a refund, he'll approve "

"We overall enjoyed our stay, the staff was very welcoming, and professional we did not like the fact the property did not have a elevator, we stayed on the second floor and had several bags also you have to get all supplies including towels and washcloths ETC from the front desk Kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast pretty central location "
