Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and everything we needed was provided. The hotel is in a great location within a short walk to the cathedral and the Alcázar. The breakfast was delicious. The view from the rooftop pool was amazing.
The property is lovely - restored historic detail, art theme, amazing breakfast, Red Level Premium lounge is an amazing amenity. Milos on staff is very knowledgeable about the city, as well as are the concierge staff. We stayed in room 129 with a huge terrace that we thoroughly enjoyed.
Pros: This hotel is spectacular, worthy of 5-stars. A great stay! Staff was excellent Cons: The pool is the size of my kitchen. Seriously, you have to do something about that. Also, there were kids playing and jumping and splashing which made it nearly impossible to relax in the pool. We love kids, but since the pool is so small they can't play without disturbing others, maybe have Adults-Only have 6:00pm or something? Or just turn it into a hot tub/jacuzzi - its a big fail

What a fabulous hotel! Great location, excellent service, extremely nice rooms. Also, something that wasn't mentioned but that turned out to be a very pleasant surprise was the rooftop pool and the view from up there. We also got a great kick out of each floor being dedicated to a Spanish artist with paintings from that artist being on each door. We only spent one night in Seville, but would definitely consider staying here again!

For a facility that charged over 350E per night to put me in a shoe box size room not big enough for a chair. Couldn't open bar without rearranging furniture
