Excellent option. Nice hotel and staff very professional. I'll be there again, for sure.Thank you..

Just got back from a 5 night stay at the Melia Sevilla and was very pleased with the hotel. The check in line was a bit of a wait, but they upgraded my room for free because of it. I got a great balcony room with views of the Plaza d'Espagne. That is because (location!) the hotel is mere steps from the gorgeous landmark, and the park (Parque Maria Luisa) surrounding it. That said, it is a little bit of a hike to the city center (Cathedral, Alcazar, Barrio Santa Cruz/Arenal), so I would give it a 3.5 stars for location if you are looking to be in the middle of it all. It wasn't a FAR walk, but it was far enough that you couldn't pop in to drop your stuff off or anything between sites -- definitely had to plan to be out for the whole day. Even so, there is a taxi stand literally across the street, so if you aren't a walker, that seemed like an always readily-available option. The room itself was very modern, well appointed, and immaculately clean. Housekeeping was great, they even brought me new toothpaste after I inexplicably lost mine in transit from Madrid. Full stocked minibar. Toiletries and plenty of large towels provided. The heating/cooling system worked wonderfully (always a pleasant surprise in Europe), from a digital thermostat you could control from the bed. Full size safe, and full tub/shower AND stall shower. The only weird thing were the lights. They seemed to be trying some sort of system where you could turn off all the lights on your way out or from bed, but it just confused me and I could never figure out how to have all the lights on. Also, they could use some more. Plenty of plugs, though. Room service was meh, but passable. I would stay again. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the location, and the fact that the reception desk was very slow both for check in and check out, and (very slightly) rude at times. I seem to have that issue with every Melia though, no matter where in the world..

Very close to all the famous attractions! Room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recomend it ti a friend.

Very nice hotel and centrally located. Nice walk towards the main cathedral and promenade, and right across the street from a beatiful park and plaza españa. Ask front desk about bike rentals, makes a great experience.

Very good hotel, very friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Breakfast was great with a very good variety. Not very convenient for tourists, still good location across from Plaza Espańa

Despite many staff at the desk, check-in and check-out were horrendously slow. Staff were unsmiling and unapologetic.

good location friendly staff wish they had coffee machines in room.

Room very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Especially impressed by their printing our train tickets fast and delivering to our room

We really enjoyed our stay at Melia Sevilla. I wish the breakfast was included in the price and it would have made the stay perfect. But location wise it was great. Will definitrely recommend.

Excellent location, very helpful staff, hotel also offers car rental with driver for nearby area sight seeing ,for 3 people from9 to5pm approxam.300euros.
