El hotel esta en reformas y no se informo los detalles.. en el momento de la reserva. Sus ascensores estan en mantenimiento, por tanto hay q esperar bastante a que lleguen. Su parqueo cerrado, tambien debido a la reforma...tuvimos que aparcar en el hotel Giralda pagar 22 euros la noche y caminar con nuestras maletas ....Reservamos este hotel por su cercania a Plaza España y por ser de la cadena Melia...pero la verdad, no merecio la pena. Pagamos el desayuno...tampoco lo recomiendo, no estaba mal, pero muy caro, Frente al hotel se encuentra la taberna Marmol, donde tienen una cocina de 10 y opciones mucho mas accesibles. Nos toco una habitacion en el piso 6, la habitacion como tal si estaba limpia..las alfombras del piso 6 en general, viejisimas. De esta experiencia destaco su personal amable.

The gym needs more equipment and some attention. Also, beware. While the hotel indicates that parking is available, they do not cover the parking. It is a bad mis-direction. Otherwise, the hotel, while tired, is quiet and the staff is quite good.

Property was lovely, beautiful view of plaza de espana, rooftop pool was refreshing, unfortunately not enough lounge chairs or umbrellas for guests in the summer heat this is needed. Drinks and food were good, some staff friendlier than others. Rooms were cozy and clean. Location ideal for walking to local sights. Only issue parking on site is not included. Hotel should consider including parking voucher.

The hotel room was hot as hell. We stayed up all night the first night and the hotel refused to change our rooms. The next day I picked up my stuff and left although we were booked for 2 days. There was no iron or iron board in the room and the hair dryer that was there wouldn’t work as well. Overall terrible experience despite all the positive reviews that I Saw before booking it and I will never go back again. The best hotel in Seville!!

Repeat visitor - as this hotel is so perfect. Amazing rooms, location, facilities, breakfast, food & drinks at all the bars. We would highly recommend to all visitors to Seville.

An excellent base to explore the city

Hotel is very cool and calm with great air con which is so nice when it’s 40+ degrees outside! All staff were lovely and arrangements for your last day were great with a complementary shower room bookable for 30mins. Breakfast was great with nice setting and good choice, my only improvement would be better coffee. Bedroom was well set up and a good size. There’s no kettle as standard but you can ask for one. The cleaning service was excellent and friendly, lots of towel replacements etc. Pool area was lovely - a great, relaxed vibe with adults and families together and a nice bar. Location is also very good: very near Plaza de España, hop on hop off bus stop and a short walk to cathedral and Real Alcázar. I’d definitely recommend a stay here.

This hotel is walking distance to most of the major tourist attractions, as well as numerous restaurants and bars and more. It is clean, modern, and well equipped, and the staff are helpful and pleasant.
