I stayed with my spouse and children in the Penthouse, 2 Bedrooms, Terrace (Plaza Europa nº 2). This location is acceptable for a couple nights, but you should be aware that there is a significant, visible mold problem in just about every room. The room with the 2 twins is the worst. This is probably due to the fact that there doesn't appear to be any way to turn on the bathroom extractor fan. You should know that you will not have access to the terrace space, which is part of the lower-floor accommodations and part of a dark internal courtyard. We arrived to find the floors unswept, with plenty of hair and dirt, and most of these the dishes were dirty (not unusual in apartments). The water heater is laughably undersized, sustaining almost two comfortable showers every 12 hours. One of the plastic dining chairs is split down the middle of the seat. The immediate area is quiet, but very close to shops, restaurants, and playgrounds. There are no major city attractions in the immediate vicinity, but it can be a pleasant town for long strolls. After booking, the host made requests for adult passport information to be sent via several methods in order for them to send property entry codes. The requests were frequent and sometimes addressed to other people. One of my emailed responses was somehow not received. The final request, which came after they had sent the codes, asked me to download an app to submit the information. I don't think I'd return.
It is not far from the sightseeing spots in the city. You can walk to the famous spots during your stay, so the hotel is in a good location. There is a supermarket near the accommodation where you can buy food and daily necessities.
I stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it was centrally located, close to all of the shops restaurants and main attractions. The place was clean, super cute and just charming. I loved it and would stay there again when I come back to lovely Seville!! Definitely recommend!
We had a great stay here. It was clean and roomy for our 4-person family. Perfectly situated so we could walk anywhere we wanted to go. Located on a pedestrian only street (but < 1 minute to a street that allows taxi pick-up/drop-off) that was absolutely alive with activity - super fun! The kitchen had everything we needed and laundry capability was much appreciated. Great large patio too.
