The rooms are of good size and very clean. We stayed in a family suite which had a living room and two bedrooms and two bathrooms, quite big for a family of four. The view from the room and the rooftop are amazing. Location is good and close to the city, with ample parking and car rental in the basement. However the hotel's service can be improved. There was no complimentary ice and only one bottle of water upon check in which is not refilled. We stayed 3 nights and asked for more water but was told we need to order from room service. There is a well stocked mini bar. The TV remote control and safe were out of batteries and we had our valuables locked inside the safe and needed to call the technician to open it for us.

Fabulous hotel on the edge of town but an easy walk into all the best areas. Can't fault the hotel. Anyone driving, you need to park on level -1 in the red zone. This allows access to the hotel. These directions are lacking when you book!
