It was a great choice for us. We were pleased with the spaciousness of our rooms, the beautiful landscaping, and the cleanliness of both our rooms and the property in general. Our kitchen had any appliance we could need plus the kitchen utensils. We recommend it!

Wonderful room

Our room was fabulous. It did not look exactly like the photos but none the less the room was amazing. Only issue I seen with the room was, that the guest bathroom shower wasn’t draining properly so everyone used the master. The jets in the jacuzzi tub were also dirty and black stuff was coming out so this wasn’t used but once. All 4 pools are great! And the playground areas looked nice. We loved the location here and will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Time share Resort

Check in process is like a heard of cattle not like a hotel as stated in description. At a hotel its one counter and done. Here you are corralled to three different stations to be checked in/asked to sign up for viewings. The layout of the unit is fine. The towels are very rough (not soft at all). This is a third floor unit and you can hear the people walking and coughing their lungs out upstairs Parking is very very limited . States there are two spots pet unit, we had one care and finding a close spot was difficult 75% of the time usually parked two buildings down. Did have an issue with a dead battery in the entry door lock and could not get in one day. This issue was handled promptly by maintenance. Bottom line will not be back

Deceptive Room Photos

All the room photos in listing are of a "Deluxe Unit" However what you are getting is a "Standard Unit". So there is NO balcony, NO snack bar with big kitchen, NO jacuzzi tub or big bathroom. Very Deceiving Photos. When Owner/VRBO was called about it they just replied "photos are general photos of the resort, sorry you were disappointed, but the worded description listed under details is correct". Yeah, that's because it only says its a 1 bedroom, king bed w/kitchenette and nothing about other things like "pictures are not of this unit" or "pictures are of a deluxe unit", etc. My experience (12 night stay): Got there late at night, the room we were given was nothing like the photos, had small kitchenette, no snack bar, no balcony, no large bathroom, basement unit that had musky/mildew smell. That is when I contacted the owner/vrbo and got the above reply. So basically saying to bad if I was disappointed. I called the resort itself and they did switch my room the next day to another "standard unit" which was the same but in better shape. So the resort did try to help me, the owner/vrbo did not. If actual room pictures were shown we would have stayed somewhere else. If you want to see actual room photos you can go to the resort website and look up the room type. It has actual pictures that the owner/vrbo should be using instead of deceptive ones. Also be advised that rooms on the 1st floor is really like being in the basement. It is below ground level, 2nd floor is ground level

Cute but not what you expect

The room was cozy and cute but NOTHING like the listing. The pictures online are very misleading and do not portray at all what the room looks like. The pictures online are of a deluxe room- this room is clearly not that.

Vrbo canceled on my family….

1 1/2 hours before check in, 3 1/2 hours from my home, VRBO cancelled my vacation and offered zero to help me and my family, even though we were already on the way to our vacation spot. I spoke with customer service as well as management. All we got was Sorry…. Nothing we can do. Pretty sad for a company as big as Vrbo to do that and n their customers. Then, to beat it all, I get this survey to rate my vacation stay with VRBO…. Unbelievable. VRBO didn’t care one bit about my family.

Room was somewhat shabby. Several items needed repair. Management sent someone to fix broken items immediately. Workers were very nice quick and polite. Room needs new carpet, and the maids made up the bed wrong, which we had to fix ourselves.

Beautiful Place

We loved the place, the property was beautiful, the tool we stayed in was super big had everything we needed. The Only thing that was hard is I wish the property would at least make it where each unit has at least 1 designated parking spot we would never get to park by where we stayed had to park down carry our stuff. Other then these it was close to everything and great.

Dollywood Retreat

We had a wonderful time at our Dollywood retreat. It was a wonderfully spacious 1 bedroom condo. The on-site pools and playground were great. The location is fantastic for visiting Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Check-in and out were very easy and the front desk was helpful with all of our needs. The furniture was very comfortable. We plan to return! Thank you.
