Nuestra propiedad más nueva, Cottage by the Creek, se encuentra directamente en Walden's Creek con nuestro porche a solo unos pies de ella. Las carreteras son planas y fáciles, especialmente en invierno, ¡sin nevadas! Es privado, tranquilo y lleno de vida silvestre llega temprano en la mañana para tomar una copa. Es lo suficientemente poco profundo como para vadear en el arroyo y buscar crawdads y peces pequeños y puedes relajarte con el sonido de un arroyo que balbucea justo afuera de la puerta de atrás. La casa es una granja que se encuentra hace años en esta propiedad y la hemos renovado por completo. Es acogedor y tan tranquilo por dentro como por fuera. Hemos agregado ventanas grandes en la parte posterior para poder ver las vistas desde la habitación de atrás y la sala de estar / comedor. Se siente como si estuvieras entrando a una cabaña secreta escondida en los árboles y, sin embargo, estás a solo minutos de Pigeon Forge en la intersección de Wears Valley / Parkway. No podría ser más conveniente para las actividades en el área. La cabaña está en un solo nivel, por lo que no hay escaleras que ocupar y tenemos un patio para que jueguen los niños. Una regla importante para el arroyo es que nada se puede eliminar del arroyo, como las rocas, la vida silvestre, etc. Esta área está protegida por la Reserva Forestal Nacional.

Esperamos que nuestra incorporación más reciente a nuestras propiedades de alquiler deleite a nuestros huéspedes. Ha sido mucho trabajo y sentimos que deberíamos tener un programa superior de reparaciones, pero ha valido la pena ver que la cabaña literalmente cobra vida con la visión que teníamos cuando entramos por primera vez. ¡Disfrutar!

This is our 2nd time staying here and it does not disappoint. Always enjoy the ducks and birds and this time we saw an otter and a bunny. This is a cozy and charming place to spend a few days and enjoy the area without all the crowds of the summer and fall.

This property is close to everything yet in a private location, very quiet! The hosts are very good at what they do and have made their cottage very welcoming and inviting to their guests.The cottage smelled wonderful upon opening the door and the holiday decor was just beautiful. The decor/furniture is country distressed and I love it all.The beds are very comfortable! Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, which we love.It is just a very comfortable place to stay.Outside you have a babbling creek with a swing, fire pit and ducks, birds, turtles,etc. So peaceful!You also have a back deck with a gas grill which works very well for cooking a good steak.The roads in and out are very easy access and no climb.We will be back.

The pictures do not do this cottage justice - the whole house is beautiful and so clean! We loved our stay here, our only disappointment was that we had so much going on that we weren't able to enjoy the property itself enough. Would definitely love to rent it again in the future for longer. The ducks and blue heron visited us every day. Close to Pigeon Forge restaurants and attractions.

Location is quiet and convenient. Creek was nice but it rained a lot and creek was full to the banks. Inside the cottage was clean and beds were comfortable. It is well water so bring your own ice and drinking water. I forgot my Apple Watch and charger when we left, the hosts were very kind in helping me get those items sent home. The cleaning lady Stephanie was also very helpful in that process. Also we did see ducks, rabbits,blue heron, snapping turtle, peacock while there.

Very charming place to stay, there was so much detail that our hosts implemented to make us feel right at home, they are very sweet people. This cottage is in a very convenient and gorgeous setting right by the water, we didn’t have to watch tv with all of the beautiful wildlife to see from the big back porch (this was our favorite spot) the ducks were a hoot. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Amazing! Beautiful! Peaceful! Spent 2 nights at this tranquil cottage. All my daughter wanted for her 21st Birthday was to go fishin; she didnt catch anything, but we had a fabulous time. The ducks were the cherry on top of her birthday cake. I cant list all the little unexpected extras like coffe & tea, welcome snack, extra propane tanks, humbird feeder sugar with recipe, and music playing when we arrived. WOW! My son said he kept expecting a sweet, southern granny to pop around the corner with honemade cookies. We were so impressed that we will be booking this haven again real soon.

Great stay!

We had a great time at Cottage by the Creek! The owners were quick to respond. The home was clean and comfortably furnished. The bonus wa she beautiful creek running along the back of the house. We was able to bring our puppy. She had the best time chasing ducks and my teenager had the best time playing in the creek and fishing. Word of advise… bring bug spray! Bring by the water there are a lot of mosquitos. Of course that’s not any fault of the owners. Would definitely stay here again!

Adorable extremely nice and tranquil place.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay. It was just what we needed after a day of walking in the smokeys. The attention to details and decorating on the inside was amazing. You can tell they put allot of time,effort thought and money inthe restoration.We would have loved it if all the bird feeders were filled. We would have filled them for them but didnt know where they kept the feed. The kitchen was amazing. I wish we had more time here. I would have loved to cook in that kitchen. Great place to have your thanksgiving.We loved the deck and the wild life we saw and heard.

This property was awesome. The river was perfect. We could catch a few small fish and my son was out there every morning. The ducks were there pretty much all day everyday as well as turkey, squirrels, and rabbits. The area was very quiet and getting to pigeon forge was quick and easy. The only negative I can think of is that the water is certainly not palatable and has a strong smell. We had plenty of bottled water to drink and would still 100% stay here again! I sort of wish there were bunk beds instead of the hide-a-bed, but we made the sleeping arrangements work for our family of five. I absolutely recommend this property if you want a quiet, clean spot close to the action!
