The cabin is in a great location and has amazing views. It is cozy, but a little smaller than we would have liked. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues…..including rats or mice in the attic bedroom that could be heard scurrying around all night long (we found openings in the closet that we plugged with towels to keep them from entering the bedroom), poor condition of the upstairs bathroom (shower floor, tiles, and curtain liner were disgusting), inadequate number of towels upon arrival, wasp that flew into the cabin from an inadequately sealed opening in the kids play area, and infestation of lady bugs that were everywhere inside the cabin (even on and inside the covers of the beds). The host was communicative, but did not seem to take these issues seriously enough to properly address them or offer any financial remuneration for a very expensive stay over Thanksgiving week. In addition, if you have more than one vehicle, parking is not easy, as the second car is a tight fit right up against a steep drop off. We would not stay at this cabin again.

We had a great stay at this peaceful cabin in the mountains! The layout of the cabin was perfect for our family, and the views were absolutely breathtaking; especially from the kitchen window and the dining area. The outdoor chairs were a great touch for relaxing, and the hot tub felt private and serene.The cabin was well-stocked with everything we needed, from utensils to a cute coffee bar setup. We also loved that we could bring our dog, she felt right at home and enjoyed the space as much as we did! One of the most memorable moments was seeing a bear and her cub right outside the window, it such an awesome experience!The only negative part of the experience was that there was a mouse issue during our stay, but Todd was very communicative and kind. He took it seriously and had someone out the same day to address it and said there would be continued work to resolve it. We really appreciated his responsiveness and willingness to make things right. We hope it’s not a problem for future guests. Overall, it’s a lovely, comfortable, and peaceful place to unwind and take in the beauty of the Smokies.
