Refreshing place to get away

Great location with amenities and a great view! Stayed here with are adult kids and 2 grandkids which was a perfect fit for what we were looking for. Plenty of space inside and personal space when need for all. Grandkids enjoyed running on the 2nd floor deck which had no stairs which was a blessing in disguise to not have to constantly worry about "our they near the stairs". Love the location as we were close to the strip in Pigeon Forge, access into GSMNP & Cades Cove. Referenced the communication as a 4 as when we went we found out on the 2nd day of our stay the owner referenced there was an issue with the hot tub the property management team contacted us to not use it. Without making it a big deal we moved on to the many other things we had access to do. Just a slight let down when people were excited for the features and even run into town get bathing suits/towels only to be told its not working. Highly recommend the location for a family get away!
