The space
This is a recently renovated, Appalachian style log cabin just a few minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. It includes a hot tub, foosball table, arcade game, mountain views from many different areas of the cabin, and the most peaceful wrap-around porch. The upstairs bedroom is an open loft, open to downstairs and big windows to watch the sunrise over the mountains! *Longer range mountain views can sometimes be affected by the haze common to the Smoky Mountains.*

Guest access:
Private uphill, semi-steep driveway shared with only one cabin next door. A 2 wheel drive car will get you here just fine. 2 flat parking spaces available directly in front of cabin. The day before your arrival, we will message you with check-in details. No face-to-face meeting for keys, just arrive at the cabin!

Other things to note:
We are owner operated. We are real people with real jobs just like you!

- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)
- 6 Humans Max
- 2 Vehicle Max
- No Pets
- We provide a starter kit of 4 toilet paper rolls, 2 paper towels rolls, one sponge, dish and hand soap, and garbage bags. You may need to buy more.
- You will likely see and hear critters
- Stay away from the bears, they are dangerous
- We do not send maintenance or cleaners to the property during your stay. Only after you depart unless agreed upon by guests and host.

- The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- Pack N Play: We do not provide linens for the pack n play. Please bring your own linens if you plan to use it. If you use the pack n play, please leave it OPEN after leaving so the cleaners know to clean and sanitize it before the next guest.

- No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per.

- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control.

- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, and grilling items are not provided

- If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $300 and you will be asked to leave.

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed. Housekeeping is available on request.

Nice stay.

The property was beautiful. I was a little disappointed when I checked in and there was hair and dirt in our tub and upstair shower. The driveway was really rough getting up and down. Maybe needs to be repaved or something. The house had a lot of sharp edges so not really family friendly for smaller children. The view was beautiful and the house was nice despite the dirty tub and shower.

Perfect Getaway Nestled in the mountains

Upon arrival everything was emailed to us on how to get in. We didn’t stay here much because we had a busy itinerary. The cabin was very nice from top to bottom. Our twin girls loved all the games and it kept them busy while mom and dad worked as we had a little bit of time at night. This place worked out perfectly for out time in East Tennessee. Thanks Ryan!

Beautiful, cozy cabin

The cabin was perfect for our fall getaway! Close to Pigeon Forge to be convenient but secluded enough and surrounded by woods for a bit of privacy. There are other cabins around including a few new builds but definitely not the subdivision feel of cabins we've stayed at in the past. Photos show the property accurately - it is beautiful!

This home was amazing!

The owners were quick to reply to any additional needs needed and there were so many little touches to the home that made us feel so welcome from the warm lighting to the laundry pods and so on! I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return!

Overall the cabin was very nice and met my family’s needs. We would recommend this cabin to others. Here are a few minor recommendations: oil the door hinges as they were very noisy, supply cable tv and adjustable tv mounts, most importantly add a dresser and nightstand or shelving in the downstairs bedroom. Guests need somewhere to put their clothes.

Perfect cabin for our get away!

This was a great find! Newly renovated and perfectly furnished. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Loved the hot tub and wrap around porch. The view is great, especially at sunrise. Made our visit to the Smokey's even better! Would definitely stay here again.
