Getting Here:
- This is a gated resort. You will receive the gate code 72 hours prior to your stay.

- Keyless entry with a keypad with custom door code will be provided to you at 10am the morning of check in.

- This cabin is located near the bottom of the mountain providing easy access without climbing steep roads and driveways.

- 3 paved parking spaces directly in front of cabin

AGE: All guests must be 25 or over. Of course children with guardians are welcome.

OCCUPANCY: 8 Person Maximum- This is strictly enforced due to fire codes, HOA rules and septic system.

QUIET HOURS: Must be quiet by 10pm

PETS: We do not allow pets due to allergies. Please find a home better suited to your needs if you plan to bring a pet. There will be a $200 fine and you will be asked to leave without a refund.

SMOKING: No Smoking

WEATHER: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages or other incidents out of our control. Purchasing travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended.

PESTS: You will hear and see wildlife. All precautions are taken to prevent pests from entering the cabin. At certain times of year ladybugs are especially present.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
