Roads in the area may be moderately steep and narrow, typical of mountain terrain.
We recommend arriving before dark and using a reliable vehicle, especially during winter months.

• Outdoor Community Public Pool + Pond. The Pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. The Pond is open year round and there is no fee in the off season to use it. You simply park in the parking lot (near the outdoor swimming pool) walk over and enjoy. Please note you will need your own gear and bait. ~ 5 Minutes away

Pet Policy:
This home is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with prior approval.
-Pet fee applies
-Please clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture
-Unattended pets must be crated
-Unauthorized animals will result in additional fees
A signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation and will be sent after booking. Please note that failure to return the signed agreement may result in cancellation of your stay. Depending on your booking platform, a government-issued ID and copy of your credit card may also be required for verification after booking.
Rules:
-No parties or events allowed without prior approval.
-Smoking indoors is prohibited ($500 remediation fee applies).
The following additional Fees may apply:
-$150 per person per day for exceeding occupancy limits
-$500 for pumping septic due to improper usage
-May be fined for damages, extra cleaning, tampering, unauthorized charges, and unreturned/stolen items
