Located in the desirable Black Ridge Resort, Splash Manor is just minutes from Dollywood, The Island, the National Park, and all the dining, shopping, and attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg—with no steep roads to climb.

Main Level:
The main level includes the living area, kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms, and access to a spacious deck.

The living room offers plush furnishings, a stacked-stone electric fireplace, Smart HDTV, Blu-ray, cable, and WiFi throughout the cabin.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining area with ample seating. A charcoal grill is located just outside.
