The big spacious house with two game rooms was a lot of fun. The views were spectacular. Convenient location to get to the tourist areas. The property manager was very quick to respond to any issues.

The cabin was perfect kids were never bored!! And the pool alarm was perfect for small kids so you knew if anyone tried to get in the door!! Papa Bear himself came and greeted us our second day there and brought cupcakes for all the kids!! Very Clean .. BEDS were soooo COMFY!!! Plenty of sleeping room we had a total of 17 people in our family that went!! Hot tub was a perfect touch .. outdoor sitting are was so nice and relaxing!! The VIEWS were incredible for sunrise and sunset!! even though you are in a subdivision this cabin is tucked away by itsself and PRIVATE!!!!

House was clean and welcoming. Decorated so fun for the whole family. Good cooking equipment in kitchen and nice stove for cooking. Handicapped accessible amenities were great. My grandparents can’t get around very well, but this house was great for them. Kid and adults had fun in the arcades! Host was very responsive and easy to contact.

Host/management team was outstanding. Had some minor problems that Val and Harold rectified with upmost professionalism. Accommodations and amenities were off the charts. We have been visiting the area at least twice a year for 20 plus years. Can't believe we haven't come accross this before. Without a doubt we will return for this experience again. Thanks everyone for making our famliy get away a true pleasure.

Great stay!

We loved this property and had a wonderful stay for a few days with our family. It was the perfect property for us to enjoy visiting, the area and all of the amenities! All of the beds were incredibly comfortable, variety of spaces to lounge and relax. We would come back here again!

A cabin in the clouds with a view for miles!

A great cabin for our family! We enjoyed the outside area immensely! Spectacular views, easy to get to, plenty of parking and enough bedrooms. Could use some dusting and more storage in the kitchen. All in all, a great place to gather with family!

Great family getaway

From the minute we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice for our family getaway. The outdoor pavilion with its hot tub, fire pit, pizza oven, grill, and outdoor bar was just amazing! The house was perfect for us. The elevator was vital with 3 people in the party who are disabled. Great, great home away from home.

Bear Tracks Papa Swimming Hole

Property was very clean and was all that the Listing showed. We could not figure out how to turn on the games one call to Tim is all it took. He was very friendly and helpful. Bear Tracks will be my go-to from now on when visiting Pigeon Forge.

Home was 10/10 !! Great stay great house ! Loved every bit of it ! No issues was minor issue wit elevator but didnt let that stop us ! Literally didnt have to leave the house much as we had everything there ! Would do it all over again !

Best getaway ever

Beautiful property

Very comfortable and well planned for anyone with mobility issues and families with children. We had some weather related problems with the pipes freezing due to extreme low temperatures but the management company was very responsive
