This home was everything we imagined it to be and then some! Sufficient room for our family, beds extremely comfortable and towels galore! All questions were answered quickly and noIssues what so ever. We will definitely be back! Also the area was quiet and we had beautiful sites while walking. Everything was within 20 minutes or less. Hot tub was hot and ready. Thank you for a wonderful experience and definitely see you soon!

Quiet area. Comfy beds, hot tub was nice. Stocked with everything you need. Kitchen pot and pans could use a replacement as they stick really bad. Host was always communicating with us fast. Would stay again.

Location was great and property was clean. Cute place....only complaints were that the King bed's mattress was EXTREMELY soft with very little support and both the upstairs and downstairs floors creaked badly, so sleeping was easily disturbed if anyone got up during the night. Great location!

We came for the weekend to wrap up our winter break. Lawrence was easy to communicate with and very helpful in giving local recommendations! The condo was quiet and cozy. The kids loved the hot tub and arcade game!

The property was clean, quiet and in the back of a nice neighborhood. Close to Dollywood and main strip in Pigeon Forge! Went during Spring Rod Run and traffic wasn't much of an issue.

Homey and Comfortable

This was our best vacation ever. Just me and my daughter having an early 65/45 birthday. The minute we stepped in the door, we felt at home. Everything was as described. The whole place was clean and the host was in contact with us to see a couple of times if we needed anything. (we didn't) They gave us tips on attractions, etc. They supplied dish soap & dishwasher pods, laundry soap, personal size bath soap, shampoo & conditioner. We had plenty of towels and although we chose not to cook, the kitchen is fully furnished. The beds were clean and comfy. This is a very spacious unit, we could have at least 6 comfortably. My personal favorite was the private hot tub. I would recommend this host for anyone wishing to have that at home feeling on vacation. No worries! Thank you!

Perfect Townhome for Dollywood area

Perfect townhome. It is so close to everything, but out of the way. We really enjoyed the space and the superhost is fantastic. The kitchen and rooms were functional and clean. The Hot tub was clean and looked inviting, but we did not use it.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay! The home owners communicated the details of the property, check-in and check-out process well. My only tip for those who read reviews is that the house is very minimally stocked. There was not a vacuum or broom in the house and very minimal utensils, appliances to actually cook in the home. The only seasonings were salt and pepper. The ice machine on the freezer does not work. All minor inconveniences for the great qualities of the house. We would definitely stay again, just plan our trip a little different with regards to meals in the home.

The town home was nice..furnished nice. Close enough to Pigeon Forge but not in the bustle of it. The floor in the dining area is soft even under the laminate flooring. It also creaks loudly. Icemaker did not work. Toilet in upstairs bath hard to flush.All minor. Kids 8&10 loved it..loved the bunk beds, game in the room and the hot tub. All in all had a great time in the TH. Thanks so much.

Just Like Home

Lawrence was wonderful and pleasant to deal with. The unit looked just like the photos and was very clean and spacious. Having the 3 bathrooms was a plus and the beds were large and very comfortable. The main bedroom closet was huge. This would definitely be a great stay for a long weekend or just a week in general. it's kind of hidden from the main attractions but it was very quiet. I would definitely recommend and return in the future.
