All i can say is WOW!! Not only was the place beautiful and perfectly located with all the amenities, but the communication was incredible. We got into town way later than expected and it was dark. We had trouble figuring out how exactly to get to the house with the spotty internet signal. I was able to text for help and got an immediate phone call to help us out. I would gladly stay at Cascades Escape or another Red Door Getaway home for a vacation. Thank you again, for an amazing spring break trip!

We enjoyed 2 tranquil weeks surrounded by beauty. The cabin was clean and inviting. The thrill ride up to it will be forever etched in our memories, but became less daunting with experience and well worth it. The view from the cabin was incredible and the decks offered plenty of comfort for enjoyment. The location is situated close to several scenic parkways. The grocery store is close and can be accessed without much traffic delay in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was so beautiful and had everything we needed. Red Door Getaways was an excellent host. Concerns and questions were regarded promptly with professionally. Our dear dog died shortly before our trip. Red Door Getaways was very understanding and immediately credited us the pet fee. Ruby dog would have loved Cascades Escape. We are happy to have experienced our stay at this new secluded cabin. The immediate area is being cleared for what appears to be more cabins close by.

Our only complaint is that we received notice of construction next to the property on our arrival date after two days of driving to get to our destination. We were provided the opportunity to cancel but there was no chance we would find an alternative option the day of while traveling with two dogs. It was mentioned that the construction was behind the property, but it was much closer than we had pictured when it was explained over the phone. Overall we loved the cabin and would not hesitate to book again.
