We loved our weekend at the cabin. While rustic, it was comfortable, and spacious enough for our large group. The river was amazing, and there was plenty of outdoor space for the kids to run and enjoy. We hope to stay there again.

The host was available and willing to drive out to help any way they could. The cabin was immaculate. We had plenty of room and no issues whatsoever. We enjoyed the grounds as well as the cabin.

It wasn't as private as we anticipated, we weren't aware of campground across the water. We enjoyed the cozy beds and the space. The children really enjoyed the playground. The view was amazing. The firepit was very nice also. We had a few televisions that needed repair.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean and spacious, and the room was very comfortable. The kids had plenty of space to play and really enjoyed themselves. The location was great and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was perfect — would definitely recommend and love to visit again!

Pros- location and river was nice.Cons- very outdated and appeared to have a mold issue. You could smell it when you came in. The floors were very dirty and we had to mop as soon as we arrived. Several comforters were terribly stained. Bathtubs had lots of dead bugs and the shower curtain had orange stains at bottom. Huge GNAT problem inside. Main rug in living room had dried food in it and stained pretty bad. I’m not sure it had been dusted since Crockett himself were alive.

This cabin was great! We loved the rustic feel of it all. With the creek running right in front the rocking chair to have moring coffee over looking was so peaceful. Everyone had so much peace. We loved having fire out in the firepit with the family playing games. There is tons of space and no one felt crowded. We will be back! Great for large groups!

We loved being right on the river. We spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying nature. Beautiful and peaceful. There were a few preventative safety issues that would be helpful. Both steps up to the porch where the front door is, need handrails! The porch facing the river has a nice wooden banister. That should continue all around the porch area. It would be very easy to fall off the porch and someone could get hurt. All bathrooms need grab bars to help get in and out of tubs and walk in shower. A grab bar inside the walk in shower is also needed. The floor was slippery. All toilet sees are very low. Brought my own raised toilet seat and very thankful I did. Perhaps my age--75--dictates these safety concern comments. Elders especially need to be aware if you are renting this cabin.

The house is a little more dated than I thought, but the setting was magnificent. We had a problem with the water heater, we notified management and it was taken care of by the next morning, which we greatly appreciated. All in all it was a lovely experience.

Great stay!

Stayed with family in June All the adults had their own rooms and bathroom downstairs (3 good size rooms) and all the kids were upstairs where there were multiple beds in one room which made it fun for the kids. The area was nice and quiet with a small playground, fire pit, coal grill and rocking chairs looking over a river which made it very peaceful. The kids loved the swimming area that you share with a campground across the river. Lots of fun. So really no real major negatives at all except some of the cookware we had to reclean before using the first time (greasy) All in all was an amazing family time.

Relaxing!!!

This property did not disappoint!!! Very clean and spacious and well stocked !!! The rocking chairs on the porch were such a hit!!! Loved being so close to the creek to relax. The beds were comfy and the upstairs room with several beds was a hit with the teens !!

Great place!!

Beautiful place with a great location. However, the cabin could use some maintenance. The upstairs loft was nice, but it would have been better if the bed sheets and blankets were clean and free of large stains. Overall, we had a good time at the cabin.

Excellent Choice

We stayed for the competition at the Rocky Top Sports Complex. Excellent choice. The cabin accommodated everyone. We were able to have the team over for a dinner cook out the night before the competition. The location was great! The creek kept the kids entertained.

Great location

Cabin was just as described, perfect location right on the creek. Stayed in bunch of cabins but this was best yet. My family along with my parents and sisters family all had a great time. Will definitely be back.

Cabin was perfect!!!! Rustic and comfortable, located right on the river with wonderful views and amazing sounds of the water. Fireplace was awesome. Lots of room to spread out. I was even impressed with the water pressure. Thank you for providing our family a very Merry Christmas!!!!!

Fall colors 2024

We really enjoyed our stay. This cabin was located on a beautiful creek. It was so quiet in the neighborhood. You could sit out on the porch and listen to the water babbling down the creek. Perfect amount of space for eight people that went. We would definitely book again.
