Spacious cabin with fantastic views

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin over spring break. The cabin is updated, clean and very comfortable with plenty of room for a large group. Our kids loved the pool table, air hockey and arcade game. The neighborhood was quiet and views were amazing!

Our stay at the High Mountain Mist was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly responsive—when we called with a small request, they addressed it immediately, making us feel well taken care of.The cabin itself is stunning, with the most breathtaking view from the (3) patios. The surrounding area felt very safe, offering a perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. Despite being tucked away in a serene setting, the cabin is still close to the square, which made quick trips for groceries or other essentials incredibly easy.The space is exactly as advertised—it comfortably accommodated all 14 of us without feeling crowded. Every detail, from the spacious layout to the thoughtful amenities, made it clear this is a place designed for guests to relax and enjoy.If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-equipped, and conveniently located cabin, I can’t recommend the Red Door Cabin enough. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back!

Great stay, beautiful cabin!

We loved this cabin! Tons of room for our extended family to spread out. The kids loved the game room in the loft as well as the hot tub. We also enjoyed the area pool and playground. Very clean, would definitely stay here again!

We had a great week in the gatlinburg. We had no complaints with the house. Very beautiful and plenty of room for the 10 od us in our group. The kids enjoyed everything upstairs and the sunrises and sunsets on the deck were beautiful. Thank you for accommodating us for our stay!

Family Fun Trip

We had a wonderful time staying in the High Mountain Mist cabin. It had everything we needed to feel at home. One great surprise was the Christmas decorations. We all enjoyed the glowing lights and whimsical tree. There was plenty of room for our family of nine. The game room was a definite hit and was enjoyed by all. The cabin was in a great location and made it easy to get to all the restaurants and attractions we visited. The views from all the decks were amazing and a great place to sit and visit. The only negative would be the downstairs bedrooms as you have to go through one to get to the other one but we made it work. Enjoyed our stay in this lovely cabin!

Smoky Mountain Views Abound

Part of the story unfolds as you drive what seems almost to the top of the mountain. You know your driving up to something special. It's a completely different feeling when you walk into a home like this. You can feel the love and warmth in each room with it decor and cleverly placed books with stunning pictures of local wildlife. The top floor bedroom suite is beautiful and spills over into the game room, Fun for everyone and a hot tub in the top deck. It's like you can view the gorgeous mountains from the comfort of your own spa. Pool table, classic arcade games and a gathering area with a large screen tv. Soft, comfortable beds and wood and glass everywhere you look and views and decks on every level. Would stay again and would recommend. Made me feel closer and more akin with nature. I got to Cades Cove early, like when the sun started to come up and we saw bears, Boy did we see bears. Eating,frolicking, playing cubs, watchful mommas, and just cruising through, but they were everywhere. Great communication with host and literally no problems. Phenomenal trip and wonderful stay.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay. Cabin was nicely arranged, game room kept everyone entertained and view was unbelievable. Roads were thankfully wide as ride up to the cabin had some sharp turns on some steep spots. Only undesirable was there was no flat parking area for the cabin so our van had to sit at some awkward angles while parked. Great week, despite that one concern, though, and would stay here again.
