Cabin was cozy with all of the creature comforts of home, fast internet , Nice tvs and hot tub . Road up to the cabin was much better than most cabins easily navigated with some caution. Some nice views from the side porch. Only negative part of our trip was the refrigerator ice maker and water filter didnt work so definitely bring bottles if filtered water matters to you. Over all it was a great quiet Weekend away.

Cabin was amazing no steps going in, 2 massive walk in showers. Was perfect for my mother in law who cant do stair. Took my daughter age 8 she had the best time in the upstairs. They had alot of family games already there. All Tv's easliy navigate to young and older adults. Cabin was clean when we arrived, no crazy check out demands. We had the best time. Pictures are accurate

Fantastic home away from home! We had a wonderful weekend and first-ever trip to the smokies. The cabin was clean, warm and welcoming. Had all amenities we needed and the area was quiet and nestled in a beautiful area with great views of the mountains. (With approval from the host) we brought our two dogs who absolutely loved going for walks on the winding roads. A short walk up the road gives you breathtaking views! We loved having lunch on the porch in the rocking chairs, and felt very comfortable at night. With a quick drive to both Dollywood and Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg we never felt too far from everything we wanted to see and do. We even saw a bear, one of the highlights of our trip!! Would stay here again!

The bed was comfortable. The couch and chair were okay but hard to get up from for old folks like us. We didn’t use the hot tub or the fire pit. I bought a bundle of firewood which I left for the next guests. The host was very responsive. When we informed her that the ice maker didn’t work and the water pressure was to low she immediately sent someone to us with a bag of ice and attempted to improve the water pressure which helped a little bit, it was still pretty low in the kitchen. We did see a couple bears close by, which we had been hoping for! I intended to grill but the park style grill was pretty dirty and rusty so I didn’t. Overall the stay was good. Next time I’ll choose a one level since we both have mobility issues and can’t climb stairs very well. The hot tub was on the upper level . Thank you for the accuracy of the listing.

We had a nice stay at this property. The cabin was clean and the location is relatively convenient to Dollywood, which we liked. There were some issues with the cabin. The water pressure is poor and the showers do not drain well. Water stands in the floor of the shower. The beds are VERY firm memory foam. The smoke detector in the bedroom is not installed. It appears to be in the kitchen drawer. Lastly, the upstairs does not cool very well. None of these issues would prevent me from staying here again, but are certainly things that could be improved to make this an even better place to stay.

Beautiful Cabin
This was our first trip to the Smokies. This cabin was a great location. Super close to for our day at Dollywood and Pigeon Forge and not a bad a drive to get to Gatlinburg and the Park for hiking. It was a beautiful quiet location away from all of the hullabaloo. We even had a visitor (bear) early one morning. The cabin was like new and very clean. The 2 Master Suites (one upstairs, one downstairs) were perfect for me and my husband and my son and his wife. The little arcade game upstairs was a fun throwback. We used the hot tub on our last night after a long day of hiking and getting caught in the afternoon storm. You can see the Dollywood fireworks from the upstairs window. The cabin was well stocked and even had matches and a lighter for the fire pit or grill (neither of which we used). The description says to bring them so I’m sure they were left by other guests. My husband kept saying what a great find this cabin was and he’s not easily impressed. So we highly recommend this beautiful cabin!
When my husband asked for a cabin in the woods, this place delivered. It was located up in the woods. The drive up was curvy, steep, and a little scary for me, but we made it. We loved the games available for us and all the cooking tools needed. Beds were comfortable. We didn't get to use the jacuzzi but glad there was one available. All in all, it was a great vacation for my parents, husband and I.

Wonderful Cabin
We had a peaceful and relaxing vacation. This cabin has a wonderful view and the hot tub was a plus. It was an easy drive to SMNP and to all 3 major areas: Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinburg. The road to the cabin is windy and narrow but it is a paved road all the way to the cabin. An easy drive in and out. We saw one black bear on the road next to the cabin.(pics included) A nice surprise. I recommend getting groceries at Walmart before getting to the cabin. Closer to the cabin was a store called Food City. It was a very nice store but prices were higher. Also, on the way to the cabin is an ice station where we picked up ice. Do not miss Cades Cove and Roaring Fork Motor Trail. If you want to hike Grotto Falls, go early 6 to 7 AM. We missed out on this hike. The small parking lot was always packed and it is a one way loop road back to the hike that could take 45 minutes to loop back around. For a prefect picnic go to Chimney Tops picnic area and then after your picnic drive down the road to the Chimney Top Trail. Lots of fun things to do. You will not be disappointed picking this cabin for your Tenn journey and memories.

Beautiful Clean condo in the Mountains
We enjoyed our stay at Independence Lodge. It was very clean and beautiful. The mattress was more firm than I personally like, but I still slept well. The roads to get up to the lodge are very curvy and narrow; I’m glad my husband was driving because I couldn’t have driven up there. The pictures and information in the listing are very accurate.
