Fantastic, comfortable, large house option!
This house was beautiful, and we're so glad we found it. Well appointed, very spacious, private. Our family (of 16) all loved it, and commented on how nice the place is every day of our week-long stay. Super convenient location in Wears Valley, as well. Pigeon Forge is straight up the road, Townsend down the road, and the Metcalf Bottoms picnic area entrance to the GSMNP is pretty much across the road. Really can't say enough good things. If you have need of a larger rental house, do not hesitate to book!

This is a great house with lots of space to hang out! One side of the family spent a lot of time in huge living room chatting whereas the other part of the family spent lots of time in the billiard's room playing pool and a few hands of poker. We all had plenty of places to sleep! The teens slept in the rec room with the bunk beds and each couple got their own room. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the man cave/hot tub area. The teens spent lots of time in the theater room playing their switch and watching movies. The kitchen seats 14 but there is also the screened-in porch and the dining room so we never had a shortage of places to eat. The kitchen has two refrigerators and two coffee makers (one for grounds and one for k-cups). David was great about communication. Would stay here again!

GREAT STAY AT THE MANSION WITH THE FAMILY
We had a great time staying at this beautiful large house (mansion). The size and layout allowed each family entity to enjoy their own areas of the house. This allowed for privacy for all. Also, with the large areas of the house - great room, kitchen, parlor/study along with the back screen porch area allowed us to get together or to meet privately which we did some of both.Everyone loved the man cave outside with the jacuzzi and sauna. And it was so private being the only cabin/house on the end of the road at the top of the hill. The kids, and the adults, enjoyed playing the golf and bowling games in the bunk room. There is certainly plenty to do without even leaving the house. If you had to leave to get coffee, do wine or moonshine tasting, alpine coaster rides, shopping, golf and many other things less than a 15 minute drove if you decided to stay out of the commercial areas. Lots to do close by. David our host was quick to respond and addressed any questions we had. He was a pleasure to work with. Thanks David for allowing us to stay in your beautiful "mansion". We loved our stay!!!
