O apartamento é bom, a localização é ótima, acesso de entrada e saída tudo ok.. Apenas um cheiro forte de esgoto vindo dos ralos. Tinha que deixar o exaustor do banheiro ligado o tempo todo.. e mesmo assim ainda não dava conta. Do restante, é bem confortável.
