하수관에서 올라오는 냄새가 매우 역했습니다. 에어컨은 거의 파도소리랑 비슷해서 바닷가에 온것 같은 기분이더라구요~ 청결상태는 냄새 빼고는 거의 양호한 수준입니다. 가격은 연휴시즌에 빗대면 저렴한 편이었습니다.
