In the heart of Gangnam shopping and 5 minute walk to train station down the street. Very convenient location with airport shuttle service in front. Overall a good stay, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Cleaning staff wasn’t always consistent with replenishment of coffee but otherwise good. Would stay here again if i want to be in the heart of Gangnam.

staff are great and always friendly when you seek travel tips. Washroom a bit old but in a decent condition, no separate control for washroom ventilation, it only turns on when you sit on the toilet. but overall we enjoyed our stay very much, morning buffet is delicious, would definitely recommend

This was one of five places I stayed during my trip. After a long day of travel from the states, it was a thrill to walk into this amazing place. Clean and comfortable when I walked in. Didn't know how great the location was until the next day when I got my bearings straight. If you like to walk, this hotel is perfectly situated. The health club and swimming pool were perfect for me (I was there for five days and went swimming six times). There was a concierge named Celine. Of extreme help with directions and suggestions. Luis at the registartion desk was a great help upon my late arrival. I have friends who are talking about trips to Korea. They already know about this hotel. Addendum: great food choices in the hotel. I had my first Korean stable red bean bread and a great last night dinner of pork and kimchi stew. There is a Chinese and Korean restaurant in the building also.
