The Four Seasons Seoul delivers a refined stay that balances understated luxury with meticulous attention to detail. The rooms are a masterclass in contemporary design. The layout is exceptionally well considered: generous storage, intuitive lighting controls, and purposeful zoning. Sound insulation is excellent, lending a quiet, restorative atmosphere even in the heart of the city. A particularly valuable amenity is the complimentary house car service for destinations within the vicinity. This offering transforms logistics into comfort, smoothing over short trips especially if the alternative was to leg it in the frigid Seoul winter.

The best hotel in Seoul for sure and possibly all of South Korea. Staff is super friendly and always ready to go the extra mile to help you. The overall aesthetic is amazing and the rooms are very luxurious, comfortable and spacious.

We enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons Seoul. It is comforting that you can stay a Four Seasons hotel group,hotel and there is a consistency within the properties, level of service and amenties. The staff were very helpful even prior to arrival. The hotel food was delicious. The spa attendants were very lovely and I got a great manicure. The overall feel was warm, welcoming and offered a calm and peaceful atmosphere after a long day. The only issue we had was that we had a late flight out and had no where to settle in after check out. There is an executive suite floor but you have to have specific access. They don't even offer you a option to pay for access. They have another odd rule about paying for single use toothbrushes and toothpaste but they offer all sorts of other free single use products, which inclued hand wipes wrapped in plastic at every meal for every person. I was told the issue was a government mandate for perserving the environment. Which would make sense if they didn't offer those wipes and all sorts of eye masks during turn down service which is also single use. I always travel with toothbrush and toothpaste as I prefer my own but the whole concept seemed contradictory and disingenuous. Having said that,I loved my stay at the hotel. We have stayed often at the Four Seasons hotels and will continue to do so.

Overall another outstanding experience at Four Seasons. The property is stunning. Great location. Flawless service. Room and amenities exquisite design. Only very minor comment - food portions too big for our preferences. Kind of a turn off. Drop portion size by 25% drop prices by 10%. But recommend the property without hesitation.

Exceptional service. Seoul is a huge and spread out city, so no matter where you stay you will have to travel to see all the sights, but The Four Seasons is in walking distance and well positioned to see many of the historic/cultural sights (the palaces, insadong, gwangwhamoon) and is easily accessible to rest of seoul by subway which is a mere minutes away or by buses. Everyone from reception to housekeeping staff exemplified professionalism. Space is elegant and meticulously clean. The korea sauna/spa provided a luxurious oasis, and is one of the reasons I would return again and again.

This is the second time I've stayed at the Four Seasons, and each time has been impeccable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the variety of resturants and service at each was excellent. I appreciated that every restaurant had several vegan options and was happy to accommodate special requests. The location is great, close to the subway and palace, which makes getting around very convenient. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Seoul.

We have never been to hotel with such a high level of service ; every employee that we met no matter where it was whether in the elevator walking outside or just in the lobby, asked if he can help us with anything if we need any special services or just a quick hi. The stuff the executive lounge were also extremely friendly, helpful and pure joy to be around. I really think this hotel is something extraordinary.
