Wonderful place, great and welcoming team members, very close to everything, (shopping, food) and the major travel hub. Attached convenience store was great for snacks and anything we wanted! There's a great bakery across the street and an amazing skewer place behind the MT office building. Would def stay again! The onsen doesn't allow tattoos though, but I had my own bath so no worries on my end! The suite is worth it!

Excellent except elevators. There are two elevators only to get to room from entrance, to access top floor large bath, and lobby floor….very long waiting time most of time…..especially between 3pm to 6pm of check-in time…..

In general, most accommodations in Japan are well managed. However staff at Hotel Grand Beach shown exceptional problem solving skills and willingness to find alternative solutions for the needs of customers. Frontdesk staff, Yamazaki H, helped me called delivery service for an odd size item, which other accommodation have told me no can’t do. End result was I don’t have to carried the item on and off the Shinkansen for next three days of travel. Thank you Yamazaki-san

very nice hotel but slow elevator at times. 5 minute walk to Sendai Station. The hotel is on the East side of the station but the West side has much more shopping/food choices. Staff extremely courteous.

This hotel provides nice size rooms with comfortable beds, excellent en suite bathroom facilities, and spaces to sit. The reception area provides free drinks and snacks starting in the afternoon. The staff is friendly and their English was the most functional we encountered on our trip around northern Japan. The location near Sendai train station is very convenient and the 7-11 next door was useful. This was a very comfortable place to end our trip.

I just stayed here one night as part of a 5 day journey, but it was a beautiful hotel. The room was so comfortable and quiet, and it’s very close to the station. The staff were excellent, and everyone was very friendly and considerate.
