I stayed at an APA in Tokyo and the room was a matchbox size room. I thought the size was attributed to the city. The rooms in Senadai were equally small. It's ok if your a single person who is petite in size. If your a Westerner then stay at Mystay Hotels. Mystay has much bigger rooms.

Beautiful hotel with excellent access to rail station and shopping without going outside. The staff is extremely helpful.

The room is very small, there is no space to move and walk. It’ was even hard to open my luggage. The bathroom is spacious, wish give some space to the room. It’s clean. Service is good.
