The staff was super friendly, and always there, many of them, if I needed anything. The breakfast was good, although the chef does need to dry off those poached eggs before putting them on to the toast! The lighting was terrible in my room, only lights in the ceiling, so you just get a shadow over your face when you look in the mirror. The other guests were quite noisy, but not really the hotel’s fault. I didn’t use the pool, I spent more time at the beach.

This is a very comfortable hotel, right by the beach at Seminyak, with excellent service all around. Beautiful breakfast, it was delicious. A bit of hustle and bustle for the location, it's so close to Moonlite and the beach.

This is a very reasonable priced property that is spotless clean and close to all things. The staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable. A car and driver organised by the hotel was superb.

Stayed many times over the years but things have gone a bit backward. The towels are terrible and need to be replaced ASAP, they are only good for cleaning rags. Stayed on 5th floor and the water was lukewarm at best for 3 days and not acceptable. Pool chlorine was so strong it burnt my eyelashes. Positives are great location happy staff and price point for what you get is on the money. Small changes will go a long way for western clientele. Competing with Harris Hotel around the corner that offers a lot more for same price
