El hotel es espectacular. A nosotros no nos gustó Seminyak, la playa es sucia, mar fuere donde puede ser riesgoso meterse dependiendo de la marea, pero el hotel tiene unas instalaciones espectaculares, de lujo, un oasis en ese lugar. Todo espectacular.

Faultless stay at Indigo in a villa… A* service and everything was better than expected. The beach is not all that nice so we travelled to other areas to enjoy a better beach. The NYE dinner experience was expensive and was disappointing so would not recommend. We expected a 5* celebration however It felt more like we were at a cheap children’s party.

What an amazing experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff was amazing and kind. Always remembered our names when they greeted us. Highly recommend to include breakfast, they have so many different options and fresh made to order as well. Delicious! The pool staff and many was also delicious with vestido hotel grounds. The beach is right outside the hotel however th beaches in Seminyak are not clean so we spend all of our time at the pool. The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants and shops great location. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Wow—what an excellent stay. Check-in was smooth and effortless. Our room (3109) was outstanding: incredibly spacious, with a walk-in closet, a beautiful bathroom, a large balcony, and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and we also attended the New Year’s Eve buffet, which was fantastic—plentiful, varied, and very well done. The property itself is beautiful. We spent time at the private pool, which was a highlight of our stay. The gym was well equipped, though it did get quite busy at times with all equipment in use. The café was also excellent, with a cool vibe and stylish design. While the main lobby is very well designed and has a boutique feel, it lacked air conditioning, making it quite hot with no real place to escape the heat while waiting. The hotel is well located in Seminyak and close to the beach, which was very convenient. One small suggestion would be the addition of an adults-only pool, as the private pool was accessible to everyone. A special mention to the team for the thoughtful touches: on our last night, they surprised us with a passport holder gift, which was a lovely gesture.
