Mould everywhere! Staff moved us to another villa on 1st night. Mouldy, water damage throughout. Internet did no work. TV remote broken, was replaced & then disappeared from villa next day. 3 showers leaked, never fixed.

Great villa in a perfect location

We spent 2 weeks here and had a great time. The villa was a great size and each bedroom had a full bathroom. The lounge area is open which is a shame as you can’t get it cool to relax in. Air conditioners in the bedrooms were excellent and kept those spaces lovely and cool. The location was excellent, close to lots of shops and restaurants. I think you do get a lot for the price point so you have to keep that in mind. For us the two biggest issues were the poor WiFi (if you have to do work, you can’t rely on the connection as it was continually in and out and painfully slow) and noisy neighbours. Given the lounge is open you can hear people in the villas next to you quite easily. That’s fine during the day but when they’re partying til 3am (which we experienced on 5 out of the 14 nights) it really isn’t much fun.

This property was located right in the middle of the shopping district in Seminyak, and very close to restaurants and cafe's. The villa was clean and the staff were unbelievable. Monica and the entire team made our stay perfect. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was builded last year but it looks older than that. Can’t hang out in the living because it’s just an open space with lots of ants and bugs crawling on the floor.
