A once beautiful Balinese resort has been badly neglected, sadly clientele, amenities and rooms very rough a shame ..... while some staff were pleasant more then a few were not ...... well over due an overhaul ⭐️⭐️

Great place to stay for a couple of days, when first arriving in Bali.

this is a pretty groovy smaller hotel wifi stinks! does not work in rooms food is so-so if you like the the hipster seminyak area, this is probably a good choice in the beach

The Balasani Suites Hotel in Seminyak was bittersweet. The staff was very kind and did their best to make our stay a comfortable one. The weather in Bali is very hot and humid to begin with but the air conditioning wasn't as cool as I would have liked or used to. The breakfast was tasty & we enjoyed it. The alcoholic drinks were weak at best & we found to be over priced. We found the drinks to be weak all around Bali though. We paid as we went to prevent any tab at the end but were charged for drinks upon checkout that we paid cash for at the pool bar. Being in the pool area, weren't given a receipt so, it was our word against theirs. Also charged for cold water. We found out upon leaving that the water they leave out is free but, any bottled water in the fridge costs you. They charge more for a small cold bottled water than if you were to purchase the large bottle from the store.

We stayed their for just one evening so that we could enjoy the beach and bar scene before our flight out the next day. The hotel lobby was fine and the rooms were well laid out. However, the rooms were old and in some disrepair (one room had an unpleasant odor, a toilet that broke during the evening, and a bathroom door that was stuck open). Additionally, the beach was extremely dirty and not maintained well (to the extent that we ended up walking down to Legian beach (20 minutes). All in all it was not really a terrible hotel ... but it was certainly not a place I would choose again.
