This dome was perfect! Very clean which is the most important to me. It had all the essentials, extra blankets and the beds were comfortable. The host was super responsive and sent delivered more wood for us quickly. The town of Selfoss is 5-6 kilometers and has nice dining options. My family enjoyed our stay very much and will be coming back!

Horrible experience at the dome

We were told that there will be an email the day before our arrival to guide us through check in and access to the dome. We arrived at 4 pm and nobody was there. We did not get an email. ( yes we checked junk mail) Tried to call the property. Nobody picked up. We waited some time and tried calling again then decided to go ask in the nearby shop whether they know anything. Thats when we received a text with the code to a key box. The door wouldnt open. We managed after 30 min of trying. The owner did not react to our text asking for help. Finally in the dome it was freezing cold. Only two small portable heaters that we then turned on. Not a pleasant experience. The view was on trucks and a construction site.
