Guests will be asked to sign an agreement stating they will pay for any damage caused to the lodge during their stay when upon check-in.

Such a wonderful relaxing place.

Such a wonderful relaxing place. Each lodge is Well secluded, so not overlooked by neighbours. Lovely to watch and hear all the wildlife around. Lodge was very well equipped and staff were on hand immediately if needed, very friendly and efficient. Also definitely recommend using the Park n Ride to get into York, great service and cheap. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely be returning 😊

Lodge itself was lovely, as was the hot tub and the scenery.

Lodge itself was lovely, as was the hot tub and the scenery. Excellent value for money. Modern and spacious and the decking area was secure for our dog. Although it may seem minor, the lodge could benefit from some more hooks e.g., on the doors as it was very difficult to get towels/swimwear dry after using the hot tub as there is limited space to put wet items.Aside from this, the only other issues were noise and insects (not issues that are the fault of the site or the lodge itself). We stupidly left our door open the first night whilst in the hot tub and when we came in the lodge was absolutely full of daddy long legs' and flies. We were also woken up very early by dogs howling/barking/crying due to being located in close proximity to a dog kennel.
