Bring the whole family(or multiple families) to this great place with lots of room for fun. A modern home in a country setting with all the amenities you could ever need! Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Yakima.
Home is 5800 square foot on an acre of land. 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Open concept home with a huge kitchen, living room, and dining room. Primary bedroom consists of a king size bed, walk in closet, and full bathroom. Next to the primary bedroom are two rooms with a queen bed in each. In the basement is a large bedroom with a full size bed and an additional bunk bed that consists of two twins size beds. On the opposite side of the house upstairs you will find a jack n Jill style bedrooms with a shared bathroom. In one of those bedrooms is a king bed and the other is a queen and twin. These bedrooms share a bathroom which consists of double sink vanity with bathtub/shower. You will also find a theater room with multiple couches. Next to that you will find a home gym that has all the equipment you need. In the gym there is also a dedicated workspace area with a desk and chair. Outside is a nice fenced in grass area with a toy set and trampoline! You will also find an outdoor bbq area with a blackstone and Traeger. Outdoor couch, tables, umbrellas, and a tv make this the perfect outdoor hang out spot. The perfect place to make memories!

This home was a perfect for multiple families to share. We had 4 families total and there was plenty of space. The home is absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen and living area is huge! Owners were very helpful and responsive to any question we asked. I would love to stay in this home again!

This is a wonderful property especially if you have the need for lots of space. The property was just as described. The kids loved the yard and the adults loved the patio area. The house was very clean upon arrival, it had everything we needed and the owner was a GREAT communicator. If we need a large home in this area again, we will definitely be staying here.
