We were disapointed about this hotel. It was next to a busy road and de door of the room came out On the parkinglot. It was very noisy. We changed rooms twice and al the rooms had Smokers in them before us. It is a non smoking hotel bit management Said they have problems with there guests smoking in the rooms
I stayed here for two nights on my trip to Paris. My family and I wanted to visit Disneyland and this place is close enough to there, and it's a lot less expensive than staying at the Disneyland hotels. The staff doesn't speak much english but we managed to communicate just fine.
We stayed here for one night and found the rooms had all that we needed. It had air con to which was a bonus. We had the breakfast option to and all you could eat continental style. Would we stay again, yes we would. The car park is locked at night so all is safe.
Actually this is our first time experienced this kind of accommodation. All room have the direct access to outdoor. In our country, we called it motel instead of hotel. I believe it is only 2 floors guest rooms. The unique there is a cover (some kind of rolling window) in front of our window so other people can not see to the room. The rooms is clean and ok. the b'fast selection very basic but we enjoy it. Overall it is quite ok.
My husband and I stayed here at the beginning and end of an extended bicycle tour in the Marne valley. We chose this location because Meaux was an easy starting point for our ride, offering easy access to the CDG airport yet avoiding the busier roads closer to Paris. The hotel staff were very helpful in allowing us to store our bicycling shipping containers for a few days until we returned at the end of our ride, and they also accommodated our request for a room on the ground level so we could assemble our bicycles in the parking area outside our room. Not all staff were multi-lingual, but when they were not comfortable with English, they were creative in using a phone translator app, and we had no trouble communicating. The rooms are small but clean. The wi-fi worked. The hotel restaurant offers adequate food choices for dinner, and the breakfast buffet was also okay for our needs. The rates are affordable, and the hotel seems to be popular with working persons (we deduced this from the deliverymen, service vehicles, etc. in the parking lot and the fact that the breakfast room was virtually empty by 8:30 am though breakfast is available a little longer.) Overall, I thought the staff were helpful. The property is located on a busy road, but the traffic noise was not terribly noticeable to us.
This French hotel is more a kin to a UK motel as we know them. A small space with a bed, a telly, a toilet and shower oh and a front door. Set over 2 floors the rooms are clean tidy but simple. With good quality linen, some hanging storage space and all in all good use of a small capsule. The bath/shower and toilet are modern and efficient as is the rest of the hotel. At the reception area there is a bar a restaurant serving evening meals and breakfasts. And you get all this for around £40 per room/night
We have been staying in this hotel 4 or 5 times before. A good low budget hotel. Clean rooms, good quality beds, good shower, wifi. Not too much noise from your neighbours. Very suitable fot a short stay 1-3 days. The hotel has one problem to solve: the towels. First of all there is only one towel per person. But the real problem is that they are not clean. Sometimes real filthy. They are supposed to be white but that's a long time ago. They don't smell fresh as the should do. At our last visit one towel had clear prints of a dirty hand. You could easily count the five fingers. The other was very grey. OK, we received excuses and other towels which looked a little better but didn't give us a good feeling. I have been reading in reviews from other guests about this same problem. So it's about time the management should do something about it!
If you are looking for sumptuous luxury you will not find it here. This was a good place to stay for a couple of nights whilst visiting Eurodisney which is about 15 minutes away. It is a functional, lodge-type hotel offering the basics. It was quiet as it is located on a commercial estate with little going on in the evenings. A short walk takes you to a couple of restaurants. The breakfast was good value for money with a range of items. The staff were welcoming. For a couple of nights it was fine.
We used the hotel on our way to Calais from the Tarn area and because it was handy for Charles De Gaulle airport where we were dropping off friends. It was clean and nicely furnished for what is a budget price. A bit far out of the centre and therefore access to restaurants, hence we had to drive. Reasonably quiet, given that it is on a main arterial road.
The rooms are nice and comfortable but the doors or windows may be hard to use... There is a boiler and a TV screen. No amenities, no small towels. The location, on a “nationale” road, far from the center, is not so nice. The buildings are rather old. There is parking available. Sometimes groups rent several rooms and come back late at night after a wedding or an anniversary, so be aware of noise. For the price, good option.
